Silver Challenge my challenge!

Who ever plays as misty get over here i want to battle.
"Go Roo!"

Misty finally stepped into the arena. 'Go Gyrados!' she ordered. 'You can have the first move.'

"Seriously! Sweet. Roo use Razor Leaf!"

Due to Gyarados's Grass type weakness, Misty's Pokemon took an awful lot of damage.
'Gyarados, use Thrash!' shouted Misty, and Gyarados began Thrashing around the pool.
PS Can you please insert levels so I can calculate HP and the like? Thanks.

Roo used Mega Drain, which sapped energy from Gyrados. Misty's Pokemon continue thrashing around clumsily, this time knocking Roo of its feet.

"Roo destroy it with Razor Leaf!" Silver said hopeing it would faint it.

The attack was super effective and Gyrados fainted. It floated down to the bottom of the pool before Misty returned it to its PokeBall.
'Go, Poliwhirl!' the gym leader shouted.

PS How many Pokemon have you got?

I got four pokemon(Turtwig,Gligar,Riolu, and Larvitar).
"Roo use Mega Drain!"

Poliwhirl's Grass Type weakness again came into play as Roo sapped its energy, healing it (Roo) back to full health.
'Poliwhirl, use Rain Dance!' shouted Misty and immediately torrential rain engulfed the arena. Poliwhirl would now be able to draw energy from the rain to make its attacks more powerful.

"Roo don't hold back Leaf Storm!" Silver said wondering if it worked.

Poliwhirl was caught right in the centre of the storm and was battered by the leaves. The drawback for Roo was that its Special Attack was lowered dramatically.
'Poliwhirl, use Water Gun, let's go!' shouted Misty.
The rain was still falling heavily and this made Poliwhirl's attack more effective.

"Hmmmmm whats effective? Oh an attack that doesn't go by special defense! Roo Razor Leaf!"

The attack was supremely effective and caused Poliwhirl to faint. Misty fished her Pokemon out of the sea before sending out Starmie.

"Hmm lets see. Roo use Razor Leaf!"

Unfortunately for Silver, the starfish-like Pokemon dodged out of the way of the razor-sharp leaves.
'Well done, Starmie!' shouted Misty, delighted. 'Use Water Gun, let's go!'
STAB (same type attack bonus) helped strengthen the attack and, despite Roo's resistance to Water, Silver's Pokemon was squirted with a cold blast of water.

"Dang! Roo you tried your best. Roo use razor leaf on yourself and charge at starmie!" Silver said hopeing it would work.

A puzzled Misty looked on as Roo used Razor Leaf on its self. Despite the attack not being very effective, Roo nearly fainted as a razor sharp leaves flew towards him. Roo was really fired up and charged at Starmie, sending it flying into the air before plumetting with a 'Splash!' into the pool.
'Starmie, use Recover!' shouted the defense minded Gym leader.
Starmie regained almost all of its original HP and started floating around happily.

PS Sorry for negative tactics.

"Oh come on!" Silver healed roo with a hyper potion. "There you go good buddy."

PS The tactics I ment was that he used the leafs as a cloack then charge at starmie. I heard in the manga if you do something like that it would super fast for a turtwig.

I'm taking your word for that seeing as I've never seen the manga.

'Starmie, use Confuse Ray!' shouted the gym leader. Roo now had a high chance of attacking itself.

Silver withdrew Roo and sended out Rai. "Rai use Aura Sphere!" Silver said.

The attack was quite effective, leaving Starmie stunned for a couple of seconds.
'Starmie, use Water Gun!' shouted Misty as her Pokemon squirted water at Rai. 'That's it!'

Rai Lvl 29 81/97 HP (I'll raise its HP to make it almost level with Starmie.)

"Rai use force palm on starmie!"

Starmie was forced down into the bottom of the pool, only resurfacing after a monumental struggle.
'Starmie, use Rapid Spin!' shouted Misty. The Pokemon started spinning around madly, with one of its 5 legs hitting Rai on the forehead.

"Ah Rai! No matter. Rai get up in the air and fire your best Aura Sphere!" The aura sphere was incredible almost as good as a hyper beam!
