A few leaves scarred the Rock-type Pokemon, but it did not appear to be at all bothered and continued using Rock Polish.

"Roo use Mega Drain now!"

Golem's speed was increased by the Rock Polish attack and it used Rock Throw before Roo could move. However, all the damage dealt was wiped out by Turtwig's Mega Drain attack.

"Roo use Razor Leaf!"

This time Roo attacked first, however a fraction of a second later rocks collided with the leaves and dropped to the floor with a 'Thud!'. Luckily, nobody was hurt.

Roo use Mega Drain!

The attack sapped Golem's energy and restored Turtwig's energy. Golem then curled up in a ball to raise defense and conceal weak spots.

"Raise Defense huh! Roo use Mega Drain!"

The move drained more energy than expected due to Rock Curl only applying to physical moves. The wild Pokemon then Tackled Roo, with the rock Pokemon sending Roo flying.

I didn't get most of that post(oh and defence is for physical moves so mega drain would have done more damage then excepected). But I'll try to continue the story:

Okay, I'll change my last post. *edits*
The razor-sharp leaves cut Golem, but did not cause much damage. The wild Pokemon tried to use Tackle, but Roo evaded the attack.

Golem's energy was drained even more, however it managed to put its remaining energy into a powerful Rock Throw attack.

Leaves flew into the air, with a few becoming embedded in Golem's rock-like body. Golem then went in with a huge Tackle, which left Roo screaming 'TURT- TURTWIG!' for a few seconds.

"Roo finish it with mega drain!"

It sapped a lot of Golem's energy, so much so that the wild Pokemon fainted. It recovered and stormed off, deeper into the cave.

I'll go explore some more.

Silver walked cautiosly into an extremely dark part of the cave. After his eyesight had adjusted to the darkness, Silver realised that the rocky ground was littered with fossils. Silver...

"Wow check this out! Wonder who would dump all of these here?" Silver grabbed one of the fossils and continued exploring.

The ground quivered and Silver heard a low, rumbling noise. Silver was slightly shocked and...

The ground fell apart! Silver tried to grab on to something but failed. "Gah go skyress!"
The gligar knew exactly what to do after that moment! Skyress grabbed on to Silver and tried to glide to a safe spot. "Skyress I don't know how you did it but were alive!" Silver then continued threw the cave.

Blocking the path to the core of the cave was a nervous looking trainer. Silver was shocked to see him in this hostile environment.
'Do... you... want... a... battle?' he trembled.
