Training and catching again!

"Ah! Its been a long time since we've come to the outskirts, hasn't it?" said Bom as he was walking with all his Pokemon out.
"Char-Charmeleon!" said Charmeleon.
"Well, we better set up our camp." he said as he stopped by a nice spot and got up a tent as well as their lunch.
"Chiiiimchar!" yelled Chimchar happily.
"Manaphy!" said Manaphy happily.
"Aiiiipooom!" said Aipom.
Bom began to cook as all the Pokemon began to play. Suddenly, two huge Boulders fell of a cliff aiming right at Bom.
"Wha-? Oh, no, save yourselves!" shouted Bom.
The boulders would have hit Bom unless Aipom had something to say about it! He jumped and hit both the boulders together, with a new attack, Double Hit! The boulders were destroyed!
"Wow, good job, Aipom! You saved me!" said Bom.
All the other Pokemon applauded Aipom and Aipom started looking modest.
"Grr, missed him this time." said that trainer whom Bom encountered earlier under his breath.
He, along with his Rhyperior jumped down right in front of Bom and his Pokemon, "You're not getting away this time, I challenge you and Aipom to a battle!" he said.
"Y-you? So it was you, wasn't it?" he said. "Well, Aipom, are you up for a battle?" he asked.
"Aiiiiiiipom!" nodded Aipom looking angry.
The battle begun, though it didn't last long, Rhyperior use Horn Drill which was useless due to Aipom countering with Double Hit which one hit KO'd Rhyperior.
Aipom gained 2 levels and was level 20 now, but that wasn't all...
What? Aipom is evolving!

Congratulations! Aipom evolved into Ambipom!
"Whoa! Good job, Aip-Ambipom!", said Bom as he smiled.
"Oh, no, not again!" muttered the trainer as he ran away, leaving 300 Poke for Bom to have.

Then, a trainer that Bom had seen many times ran over to meet him.
'Hi, Bom!' shouted Chris. 'How's it going?'

"Oh, hey Chris!" replied Bom. "I'm fine and how are you?"
But suddenly, a small bird, flying as fast a dart, hit Bom's hand and started biting it and wouldn't get off, it was a Pidgey.
"Ow, Ow, Ouch! Get off! Oww....." said Bom while hopping around out of pain and looking quite funny.

Chris contained his laughter and came to his friend's aid.
'Quilava, use Ember on that Pidgey!' he shouted.

The Pidgey jumped, letting the ember go by and then got back to biting Bom's hand, even Chris was having a hard time trying not to laugh.

'Ha ha!... I mean Zubat, Bite that Pidgey and give it a taste of its own medicine!' shouted Chris, with a hint of amusement.

Pidgey avoided Zubat and then continued biting him, Manaphy used Bubblebeam on Pidgey but Pidgey again avoided it and the Bubblebeam hit Bom!
"Aww, come on!" said Bom.

'Quilava, use Smokescreen so Pidgey can't see!' boomed Chris, hoping to pave an escape path for Bom.

Pidgey jumped off Bom for a second, used Gust to blow away the SmokeScreen and continued biting Bom.
"Ok, that is enough, mister, who do you think you are, biting me like that?" said Bom.
"Manaphy, with your best aim, use BubbleBeam on it again!" Bom added.
"Maaaanaaaaaaaphy!" said Manaphy while releasing a BubbleBeam which made Pidgey bounce back into the air.
"Ok, Pokeball, go, capture that Pidgey!" Bom yelled as he threw a Pokeball at Pidgey.

"Woohoo! Even though I nearly got my hand destroyed for it, I caught a Pidgey!" said Bom.

'Congratulations, Bom!' called out Chris. 'You better teach that Pidgey to be loyal to you so it doesn't start Biting!'

"Yeah," Bom muttered in pain. "I really don't want that to happen again!"
He threw Pidgey's Pokeball out.

'Pretty cool!' thought Chris as he grabbed his PokeBalls. He let his Quilava and Zubat meet Bom's Pidgey.

Pidgey seemed much friendlier than when he was wild.
"Pidgey-Pidgey-Piiidgey!" yelled Pidgey smiling.

Chris also let his new Eevee walk with him. He kept Gastly in its PokeBall, worrying that it might frighten Bom's Pidgey.

"Hey, I was thinking, since you've just got two new Pokemon and it's the same for me, how about we have a battle, a double battle, my Pidgey and Squirtle against your Eevee and Gastly?" Bom suggested.

'Yeah, that would be a great way of testing our new Pokemon!' replied Chris as he reached for his PokeBalls. 'My Pokemon are Level 5- what about yours?'

"Heh-heh, as of 5 minutes ago, Pidgey is level 16, I doubt we can have a battle now, Pidgey is way too strong.." said Bom disappointedly. "unless, maybe you could switch one of your new Pokemon with a stronger Pokemon of yours, like, say, Quilava or Zubat?"

'Okay, I'll use Quilava because that is level 16,' replied Chris. 'I could also use my level 5 Eevee.'

"Ok, then, go, Pidgey and Squirtle!" said Bom throwing out their Pokeballs.

'I shouldn't have choose Quilava,' mumbled Chris regretfully. 'Oh well, I'm sure my Pokemon are up for it. You can go first, Bom!'

"Ok, then Squirtle, Bubble on Quilava. And Pidgey, use Aerial Ace on Eevee." he said.

Bubble was super effective, dampening Quilava's flames. Eevee was on the brink of fainting but, thankfully for Chris, it just hung on.
'Quilava, use Smokescreen!' shouted Chris and Squirtle's accuraccy was lowered.
'Eevee, use Helping Hand NOW!' ordered the trainer, causing Eevee to boost its partner's attack.

"Squirtle, shoot a fountain on top of you." he ordered making Squirtle squirt his water on both, Quilava and Eevee.

"Pidgey use Gust on Quilava while clearing away the SmokeScreen," said Bom and Quilava was hurt a bit.
"Ok, Squirtle, now that you can see, finish off Eevee with Tackle," he commanded Squirtle. Squirtle did it and Eevee did faint and Squirtle gained a level.
